| GEOPHYSICAL EXPLORATIONS IN SAROS BAY
As it is well known, one of the main aspects in geophysics is the separation of regional and residual anomalies. In this paper, regional and residual anomaly seperation is achieved by Markov Random Field (MRF) approach. MRF needs no training and uses the benefit of neighborhood of pixels of the input anomaly. It is an update stoachastic model. Here, MRF is first applied to synthetic example composed of prisms forming total magnetic anomaly. Then it is applied to the magnetic anomaly of a real data. As a field study, gravity and air to magnetic anomaly maps which are taken from Gulf of Saros’s MTA and MRF method applicated . Besides , in the work area abstruse seismic sections sections from TPAO and shallow seismics taken from SHOD are used. In later phases, all geophysics and geologic datas are evaluated to clear Gulf of Saros’s tectonism
