Determination Of Total Quality Management For An Example Of A Steel Building Applicatıon Process
In the stduy firstly, the production processes of steel structures industry and stages of the building steel structures are introduced. Then, Total Quality Management System and ISO 9001 Quality Management System and related standards are mentioned. In the empirical section of the study, features of the ISO 9001 QMS Certified firms in the steel building industry and QMS Practices of the firms are examined. And the effect of these factors on the success of firms is analyzed. The results of these analyses show the importance of TQM on the way throughout the success of the firms operating in the steel construction industry.
