An eventful flight that took over 4 months. Bert Hinkler, flying solo, left England over 2 months later & reached Australia over a month before them! Only 37 flown, but with an extract from the Indian Airmail Society from 1932 saying 34 of these lost in Australia? -so maybe only 3 survived. AAMC 111(var).
