At the same time, Amir Temur put an end to the disunity that reigned in Movarunnahr and Khorezm, mutual conflicts and pressure from Mongolia. Not satisfied with this, Sahibkiran set himself the goal of a campaign against neighboring countries, to subjugate them and establish a great centralized kingdom. Sahibkiran begins his military campaign from Khorasan. In 1381, Amir Temur occupied Herat.
The cities of Sarahs, Jam and Kavsia surrender without a fight. In 1381-1384, most of Iran was conquered. First (1381) Kalot, Turshiz and Sabzavor were conquered, then (1383) the fortresses of Zire, Zova, Farah and Bust of Seistan, and in 1384 the cities of Amul, Sori, Sultaniya and Tabriz of the Astrobad region and Azerbaijan were conquered. Amir Temur invaded Iran, Azerbaijan, Iraq and Sham (Syria) three times.
