1 - TITLE
This award shall be known as the Printing Industry Superannuation (Roping-in No. 22) Award 1993.
2 - PARTIES BOUND
This award shall be binding upon:
(a) The Printing and Kindred Industries Union, its officers and members; and
(b) Scholle Industries Manufacturing Pty Ltd of Hewittson Road, Elizabeth West, South Australia in respect of its employees, whether members of the union or not, employed by it whose work is covered by the Country Printing Award, 1959 [Print G8513 [C056]].
3 - APPLICATION
Subject to that which is otherwise provided in this award, the provisions of the Printing Industry Superannuation Award 1988, as varied from time to time, shall apply.
4 - LIMITED EXEMPTION
Scholle Industries Manufacturing Pty Ltd shall, in respect of each of its employees, make the prescribed contribution in accordance with the Printing Industry Superannuation Award 1988 and in doing so be exempt from the provisions of subclause 4(a) of that award.
5 - OPERATION
This award shall come into force from the beginning of the first pay period commencing on or after 6 October 1993 and shall remain in force for six months.
