DECISIONS BY COURTS AND ADMINISTRATIVE APPEALS TRIBUNAL
During 2008-09 financial year, the Innovation Australia Board was involved in a total of thirteen matters in the Administrative Appeals Tribunal (AAT) relating to the R&D Tax Concession Program.
Eight new applications for AAT review were received during the year. Three AAT proceedings were withdrawn by the Applicant. A further two AAT proceedings were effectively resolved in 2008-09.
