A third cause of the problem is that present day is the era of advanced technologies and lots of things are done by hand.

What I mean by this is that many people are involved in office work, and in our daily life most of the job is done by electric devices.

Even in industry employees conduct processes in computerized cabinets. Furthermore, in highly developed countries robots are being used in carrying things.

The way forward could be to increase the number of sports clubs in work places and organize some activities involving people to do physical actions.
