Jps0029 (NTS): Inactive students for parking. To be used by parking to determine which students in powerpark flex need to be inactivated.
Jps0030 (TS): active students for parking. This query selects all active students for any one or two terms.
Jps0031 (TS): Find # classes by Instructor. Finds the # of classes taught by an instructor by term.
Jps0032 (TS): Find # classes by term. Find # of classes taught by all instructors by term.
Jps0033 (TS): Student Housing Buildings. Student Housing Building Codes and Descriptions that are active.
Jps0034 (TS): Parking housing assignments. This query selects all students who have a housing assignment by term.
Jps0035 (TS): Deceased students for Parking. This query selects students who have deceased since a date given in the criteria tab. The records in PowerPark are then updated to a "NOML" status so they never receive any mailings.
Jps0036 (TS): students studying abroad/term. This query selects all students that are studying abroad by a specific term which is prompted for the user to input.
Jps0037 (TS): Hall Directors for term. This query selects Hall Directors by term.

Jps0040 (TS): Parking address search. Used by Parking Services to search by address using the "like" search.

jpar001 (TS): Grade analysis by term. Returns aggregate grade data for a prompted term range. Restricted to courses with the following subject areas: PHIL, REL, PHIL, REL or specific courses ('GHUM102','GHUM252','HUM102','HUM252').
jpar001a: is hard coded to only return PAR courses if they have a general education designation via the course attributes. Returns aggregate data for ALL courses in a single row of data.
jpar001b: is hard coded to the two subjects PHIL and GPHIL.
jpar001c: is hard coded to two subjects REL/PHIL or the two courses HUM102/HM252
jpar001d: similar to jpar001a, but this version includes instructor data, one row for all sections of the PAR courses taught for the given term.
jpar001e: Includes the hard coded subject areas: ('PHIL','REL','GPHIL','GREL','HUM','GHUM'). Returns instructor grade summary for each section of the courses they taught for the given term.
jpar004 (TS): Calc GPA by subj and plan. Includes the two academic plans for PAR. Prompts for the most recent academic term. Includes a calculated GPA based upon courses with the following subject areas: ('PHIL','REL','BL'). Hard coded terms for those who have applied to graduate. Original use intended for selection of students for various academic achievement.
jpar005 (TS): PHI SIGMA TAU criteria. Includes logic provided to determine eligibility as follows:
Must be active in one of the following academic plan numbers: ('0000071000','0000010000','0000108100','0000108900')
Must have attended 3 or more terms @ JMU
Must have taken 6 or more credit hours in courses whose subjects are PHIL/GPHIL and their calculated GPA for all such courses must be >= 3.30
Freshman must have a CUM GPA >= 3.175, Sophomores >=3.191, Juniors >= 3.200 and Seniors >= 3.307
jpar006 (TS): THETA ALPHA KAPPA criteria. Includes logic provided to determine eligibility as follows:

jpar008a (TS): PAR aggr data, no pri maj. The same in all ways as jar008 except this version does not include the students primary major.

jpar012 (NTS): Prompts for an academic term. Returns students active as of the end of the given term in any of the following academic plan numbers: ('0000010000','0000010100','0000071000','0000101568','0000104150','0000108100','0000108900','0000103425'). Since this query is NTS (Not Time Sensitive), the term entered will return students active as of the end date of the term entered between 1995 and today.
