jltle01 (TS): List of active LTLE students. Prompts for a term. Returns all students active in the underlying academic program for five different academic plans (loosely defined as LTLE students). Sorted by academic plan number, then student name. Includes hyperlinks to drill down into a students current schedule or all courses ever taken/transferred.
jltle02 (NTS): LTLE students by prog status. Same five plans as jltle01. Prompts by academic program status. Use any of the following values, or leave the prompt blank to return all students regardless of their program status. Enter this value:
AC=Students active in their program
CM=Students who have completed their program (aka graduated)
DC=Students who have discontinued their program (left JMU)
jltle03 (NTS): LTLE Grads by date. Same five plans as jltle01. Prompts for a degree conferred date range (date the student graduated).

jlet01a (NTS): Online; not OP, Grad. Similar to the JLET001 query, excludes online courses from Outreach & Engagement and online courses in the Master’s programs for CS Infosec, MBA Infosec and iMBA programs.

Jma002 (NTS): Probation/suspension by term. Prompts for a term range. Return aggregated data of students NOT in good standing.
Jma002a (NTS): Similar to jma002, admit type (TRN or FYR) added to the aggregate data returned by the query.
Jma003 (NTS): permissions used by term. Prompts for a term, returns aggregate data for all courses which had permissions used.
Jma004 (NTS): Prompts for a term, returns all course data with a calculation for capacity.
Jma005 (NTS): classes with enrollment reqs. Prompts for a term, returns all course data which contain class notes and have requirements attached to the course.
Jma006 (TS): UG's without an advisor. Prompts for a term, returns all UG students active in their career who do not have an academic advisor assigned.
Jma007 (NTS): Aggregate major data by level. Prompts for a term and a single academic plan (which can be left blank to run for all plans). Returns aggregate data of how many students, by academic level, have this as their first major, 2nd major, 3rd major, etc. Hard coded to only return major data, not minor, etc.
Jma007a (NTS): Includes a term range, and returns a single row of data for each plan with a total count of the number of students in that plan as of the term end date of the given term.
Jma007b (NTS): Like jma007a, but returns minor data.
Jma008 (NTS): Aggregate plan change data. Prompts for a date range. Returns aggregate counts of plan changes for the given date range by plan type.
Jma011 (NTS): Acad plan change analysis. Returns aggregate data of the number and type of students for a given date range and term changed their academic plan (added or dropped).
Jma012 (NTS): Count of W, D and F by course. Prompts for a term range. Returns aggregate counts of the number of D, F and W grades for all courses.
Jma015 (NTS): Advisee count by advisor. Prompts for a term. Returns the total number of advisees assigned to a specific advisor in the academic org.
Jma015a (TS): Only difference is the ability to enter an as of date for when the advisor was assigned to the advisee.
Jma015b (NTS): performs aggregation by the students academic level; so can see how many Freshman, Sophomore, etc. students are assigned to each advisor.
