This series created primarily due to the fact that art and art history is comprised of 17 different academic plan numbers. The only alternatives for them to receive data for their entire student population is to run queries by academic org (which is too large) or several runs by plan number. jart002 (NTS): Bio summary for art with plan. Returns aggregate data for the 17 plans in the art and art history area.
jart002a (NTS): Similar to jart002, but this version does not include plan data, so returns one row for all art and art history plans at a time.
jart003 (TS): Graphic design mailing.
jart004 (TS): Art and art history plans. This area is not identifiable via an academic org, so the query has hard coded references to several plans. Users did not need stdnt_car_term data, so no prompts. Returns all active in their program. Jart004b/c are variations based upon the different plan numbers for art and art history academic plans.
jart005 (TS): Returns academic data for 10 specific academic plans in art and art history.
jart006 (NTS): Returns art major student data in the courses ('COB191','COB218','MKTG380') between the terms of 1081-1141.

jart009 (TS): Course anal 4 graphic design. Written for Carli Toliver. Prompts for the current academic term, returns graphic design majors and their status in a series of courses. Original design included just two courses grph208/410 but others may be added in the future.

jbio001 (NTS): Course analysis by term. Includes a hard coded term range for the course bio114 and bio214. Analyzes the primary major of the student who has taken both courses.
jbio001a (NTS): Course analysis by term. Differs from jbio001 in that the query returns students who have taken bio214 but have never taken bio114.
jbio002 (NTS): Bio summary by academic plan. Allows analysis of aggregate data for a given term range for up to 4 academic plans.
jbio005 (NTS): Bio/Seed majors. cloned from jusds002b for Kathie Damico in biology. Needed historical list of bio majors who were also seed minors at the time for the past x years.
jbio006 (TS): Bio/tech by term applied to gr. Prompts for an academic term and a cumulative GPA range. Used to return biology and biotechnology students who have applied to graduate and whose cumulative GPA is in the prompted for range. Used to select students for specific graduation awards.
jbio008 (TS): Advisor term based data. Cloned from jadvisor02 and use the jadvrbio series of queries cloned from the jadvr series specifically for Julia Stutzman who advises all Biology and Biotech majors regardless of who their advisor is. Modified the series to require they be in the 5 plans vs. the advisor logic present in the original cloned from jadvr series. Some of the jadvrbio queries do not include the admit type field as the query went non-responsive when it was added.
jbio010 (TS): Cloned from jusds010 for Shelia. Needed a version which returned instructors other than the PI role due to the way BIO keys their labs. They key their labs as separate classes with only a SI to prevent evaluations from being created for these courses.
jbio012 (NTS): Allows a term range and 1-2 plan numbers. Return aggregate data of which other plans the students are active in as of the term end date.
jbio013 (TS): Prompts for a single term. Returns Biology majors and their math placement calculus score. Because user desired a true median, the query returns raw data which they can export to Excel for further analysis.

jcs001 (NTS): Change of status report. Returns basic data about a student who has had a change in their meal plan status for a prompted for date range.
jcs002 (NTS): Change of status incompletes. Defined as those students with a meal plan change of status which has not been sent to the student financials office nor been marked completed.
jcs003 (NTS): Change of status Summer. No real difference from jcs001 except it does not include a date range prompt, just a term.
jcs004 (NTS): Resident/commuter 4 card svcs. Used to return students who are either residents or commuters. See query properties for further definition and need to change the criteria to get proper population.
jcs004a (NTS): Commuters 4 dining srvcs. Commuter defined as anyone who is not a true Freshman (admit type=FYR) and does not have a housing contract for the given term (make sure to sue the Fall term).
Jcs005 (NTS): FYR for given term for card sv. Prompts for a term. Returns home mailing information for first year students admitted for the given term. Eliminates transfer students, includes students in the study group.
