On the Adaptation of the Legend “Kitabi-Dede Qorqud” to
the Modern Azerbaijan Literary Language
SUMMARY
Modernization of the legend “Kitabi-Dede Qorqud” is in the centre of the qoqud’s investigators. During the adaptation of the legend text to our Literary language the words are adapted to the modern phonetic-orthographical standards, the archaic words are translated or lexical-semantic opposites are given.
In modernization of the text of “Kitabi-Dede Qorqud” legend we are tried to safe our language’s antifuity, the words and expressions fineness. These problems are investigated in the article.
