Applicants should identify proposed tasks for funding. If any tasks are not eligible or Caltrans staff considers them to be in need of further development, Caltrans staff may work with the applicant to develop a revised scope of work.
Additional identified need – Current grantees should describe the supplementary or additional tasks they are requesting funds for and how they will contribute to their region’s blueprint process.
Identified need – New applicants should demonstrate their need for regional blueprint planning grant funds as it relates to the blueprint program goals. Applicants should be able to describe how they will involve local government departments and officials to collaborate in the blueprint process, and demonstrate commitment to an engaged public process. Clearly describe proposed tasks.
