Application Format
The application must be completed using the forms provided in this document. The Governing Board Resolution, if available, should follow the Cover Sheet. Support letters may be attached behind Form 3. Applicants must submit an unbound original and a CD version.
Proposals will be reviewed and evaluated by staff from the Departments of Transportation (Caltrans) and Housing and Community Development as well as the Governor’s Office of Planning and Research in consultation with other state and federal agency representatives. Recommendations for funding will be submitted to the Directors of the Department of Transportation, Housing and Community Development and the Governor’s Office of Planning and Research. Final scopes of work, tasks, and funding levels may be negotiated with applicants in accordance with the Interagency Review Committee recommendations prior to grant encumbrance.
