3.5 Order of Precedence Potential Respondents to the solicitation are encouraged to carefully review all the materials contained herein and prepare responses accordingly. In the event any conflict exists between the Special and General Instructions, those instructions specified in the Special Instructions to Respondents shall prevail. After successful evaluations, Contractor(s) shall sign a Contract form incorporating the solicitation materials and any additional terms and conditions resulting from the negotiation process.
All responses are subject to the terms of the following sections of this solicitation, which, in case of conflict, shall have the order of precedence listed:
