In recent years, Australian OHS laws have provided courts with a greater array of sentencing options where there are breaches of obligations. These provisions extend the powers of a court beyond the traditional sanctions of fines and custodial sentences. Table 15 provides an overview of the specified additional options in each jurisdiction.
