This questionnaire is designed to provide the researcher an opportunity to express your opinions 
about the ―Practices of Diversity Management‖ at these government secondary schools. Thus, 
your genuine response is very important to achieve the intended objective of this study. All the 
responses you provide are confidential. The answers will not be used for other purposes than for 
the intended objective of this study.
