FOLKLORE AND LEGISLATIVE ISSUES IN THE PERIOD
OF INDEPENDENCE
Summary
This article researches the legislation framework regarding with protection, advancement and use of folklore, which are the pitchfork of national and moral values of the Azerbaijani people.
National legislation is analyzes in comparison international norms and standarts, indicated the perspectives of development.
Special attention is paid to the fact that all these legislative acts adopted in the period of the independence of the Azerbaijan Republic.
