The ILC engages consultants on the same basis as it procures all goods and services.

During the year, the ILC continued to contract a number of consultants for the performance of specialist professional services and where the ILC requires independent advice, review or evaluation. Additionally, the ILC acquired the services of a number of consultants to assist with major development of Mossman Gorge in QLD and to assist with due diligence and ownership transition for Ayers Rock Resort in the Northern Territory. The total spend on consultants (GST exclusive) was:
