SMUGGLING AND BANDİTS STORIES IN HISTORICAL PERSPECTIVE
Summary
In reality being the peasant movement, the social protesters turning to the undesirable person of government legitimately is called escaper, the activity of a group of people running to the mountains, forests and realizing their justice laws, taking from the rich and giving to the poor is called smuggling movement. The bandit folklore is one of the important problems of modern folklore and historical event existing in all nations of the world. The term of bandit representing as a noble man can be used in three cases:
1. The known times of history political, economic and nation uprisings, protests and so on occurring in Azerbaijan territory.
2. The armed peasant protests after the occupation of the one-third of Azerbaijan territory with the Turkmenchay contract.
3. The fighters against the Soviet region.
The half-true, the half-legendary events dealing with the national hero of nation in the world history consist the main texts of bandit folklore. Here includes the texts, songs, jokes and finally eposes about the bandits.
