Categorization (Latin "differentia" – "difference," "gradation") – the process of classifying into various levels or degrees.
Behavioralization (Greek "peridos" – "circle around") – the division of a specific event into units of time that have a certain conclusion or outcome. In the development of the creative aspect, each person gains significant importance in life in terms of behavior and stages.
Therefore: The developmental period of creativity is a certain period of time leading to the development conclusion of specific creative qualities.
The developmental stage of creativity is the specific degree of development of certain creative qualities. Accordingly, during certain periods and stages, creativity skills and innovative activity skills are developed in educators. Prospective educators with creative thinking:
- Express unconventional ideas that may not come to the imagination of other educators.
- Choose their own unique style of expression.
- Sometimes pose topics with no obvious connection or ask unconventional questions.
- Find enthusiasm in open-ended tasks.
- Prefer discussing goals with clear evidence.
- Choose non-traditional approaches in solving problems.
Personal creative qualities are considered as follows:
- Innovative orientation
- Logical thinking ability
- Erudition (knowledgeability)
- Broad imagination
- Creative expressiveness and audacity
- Demonstrating personal creativity fully and comprehensively
- Reflective ability
- Emotional resilience
- Ability to take risks
- Swift thinking
- Developed intuition
- Ability to generate original ideas
- Innovation capability
- High artistic values
- Ability to make new decisions based on existing experience and knowledge.
Educators also need to have skills that express suitability for organizing innovative activities along with creative qualities.
Skills that enable the organization of creative activities in educators are categorized into groups:
- Knowledge-related (gnostic) skills;
- Project skills;
- Creative-practical (constructive) skills;
- Research skills;
- Communication (communicative) skills;
- Organizational skills;
- Facilitating innovation (processual) skills;
- Technical-technological skills.
Based on the above ideas, it can be said that the development of creative qualities specific to future teachers is achieved through addressing pedagogical issues, reaching creative partnerships. A teacher does not remain passive; their creativity develops gradually through continuous learning, working on themselves, and evolving over time. Just like in any other profession, prospective educators lay the foundation for their creative abilities during their student years and develop them further in professional activities. In this process, it is crucial for educators to orient themselves towards creative activities and effectively organize these activities.
