Grade D is considered as Pass if the semester cumulative average is at least 1.80; Fail if the semester cumulative average is less than 1.80. For graduation students must have a general cumulative average of at least 2.00 over 4.00.

1. A) Following conditions are required for graduation of International Relations Undergraduate Program.
a) Successful completion of total 132 credits courses
b) A general cumulative average of 2.00 over 4.00
B) Following conditions are required for graduation of Master Degree Programs.
a) Successful completion of total 21 credits courses
b) Successful submission of a master thesis

Course materials are changing on the term basis and subject to instructors' initiatives.
All other department courses in the undergraduate program are compulsory. There are elective courses for students to take from other departments.???

5. Term for Courses and Weekly Course Hours: Courses with odd codes are given in Fall Semester. Courses with even codes are given in Spring Semester. Weekly course hours are parallel to course credits. Thus, if the course credit is 3, weekly course hours are also 3.
7. Teaching and Learning Methods: All courses except computer courses are presented in classrooms.
8. Appraisal: There are 1 Mid-Term and 1 Final Exam. Weight of Mid-Term Exam is 40 % for each whereas 60 % for final exam in overall appraisal.
9. Educational Language: Educational language for all graduate courses is English.
10. ECTS Credit: ECTS credits for all courses are given below on the year and term basis.
