ABSTRACT 
 
     In  the  current  market  conditions, companies have one path to struggle 
against competitors which is to serve customers over their expectations as 
information changes, renovates every second, not continue update long time and 
technology develope fastly. According to the delivery time producing best 
quality at least price, as company can survive and be in front of competitors by 
one step, makes different all the time. By the process management and process 
improvement more effective and productive outputs can be obtained.  
 
     In this study, as a result of being global, continuously expectations of 
customers which is reason of survival of companies, changing management 
style, reducing quality and productivity of product or service, it is taked notice 
of the necessity of applying process management. The aim of study is to find the
