Article 1

Introductory Provisions

1.Procedure for the appointment of a professor and habilitation procedure (procedure

for granting the title of associate professor – docent) are defined by the Higher Education

Act No 111/1998 Coll. in effect (hereinafter referred to as ´Act´)

2.This regulation defines the formal and procedural requirements for procedures conducted

at the university that are not governed or listed by law .
