Article 12

Temporary Provisions and Coming in Force

1. 
   The regulation comes in force on 1 July 2002. Proposals submitted before the date when the Regulation comes in force shall be dealt with in compliance with Regulations of 28 May 1999.
   

2. 
   Rules for habilitation procedures and procedures for the appointment of professors at the Brno University of Technology approved by the Scientific Board of the Brno University of Technology on 28 May 1999 are made void.
