Article 71
An associate professor in a field of science is appointed by the Rector upon the result of habilitation procedure
Article 72

(1) Habilitation procedure is to demonstrate
scientific or artisitic qualifications of an applicant, particularly on the basis of the habilitation thesis and its defence and other scientific, professional or artistic achievements as well as his/her pedagogical qualifications based on evaluation of the habilitation paper and previous lecturing experience.
(2) The habilitation procedure is initiated upon applicant´s proposal. The proposal should be accompanied with the applicant´s curriculum vitae, documents on received higher education, and awarded titles, documents on lecturing experience, list of scientific, professional and artistic works, outline of scientific, professional or artistic stays in the Czech Republic and abroad
