Article 2

Documents submitted by the applicant along with proposal on initiating the procedure in compliance with Article 72, subsection 2 and Article 74 subsection 2 of the Act
1.The documents submitted by the applicant before the initiation of the procedure for the appointment of a professor or habilitation procedure (hereinafter referred to as ´procedure´) are, in compliance with Article 72, subsection.2 and Article 74, subsection 2 of the Act, the documents listed in the Act and other documents.
2.The other required documents to be submitted by the applicant at the faculties of the Brno University of Technology are:

a) description of the applicant´s relationship to the university and reasons for submitting the proposal for appointment at the Brno University of Technology if the procedure is to be initiated upon a proposal of the applicant.

b) a list of publications, significant engineering, architectonic or artistic works including their characteristics, according to the character of the basic documentation, participation of the applicant and an outline of reactions

c) applicant´s self-evaluation based on requirements approved by the Scientific Board of the Brno University of Technology and published, unless the proposal is submitted by the Scientific Board

d) originals or copies of five most significant publications

e) the proposed topic of the paper to be presented in the Scientific Board of the faculty and the proposed topic of the lecture to be made at a meeting of the Scientific Board of the faculty and at a meeting of the Scientific Board of the university as part of the procedure for the appointment of a professor.

3.Regarded as significant engineering, architectonic or artistic works are namely internationally recognised achievements , patented (earlier copyright certificate) authorship of a remarkable architectonic work or work of art, awarded the first prize in a reputed art competition with international participation and implemented complex technical works with proven high economic effect.
