Article 3 Reasonable time as stipulated by Article 72 , subsection 4 of the Act
The reasonable time for eliminating insufficiencies in required documents in compliance with Article72, subsection 4 of the Act is specified by the Dean of the respective faculty after evaluation of the applicant´s proposal.
Article 4 Proposal and Approval of the composition of the Habilitation/Evaluation Board in compliance with Article 72, subsection 5 or Article 74 subsection 3 of the Act
The proposal for the composition of the Habilitation/Evaluation Board and its Chair is submitted in writing by the Dean to the Scientific Board of the faculty. The proposal for a five-member Habilitation/Evaluation Board contains information on the members, substantiation of the proposal, and their consent. The proposal is discussed in the Scientific Board and approved by ballot. Should the proposal fail to obtain more than 50% majority of all members of the Scientific Board, the Dean will submit a new proposal for consideration and approval at the next meeting of the Scientific Board.
Article 5
Waiver of the requirement of higher education in artistic fields as per Article 72, subsection 6 of the Act
A proposal on the waiver of the requirement of higher education in artistic fields is submitted in writing by the Dean to the Scientific/Artistic Board of the faculty.
