5.19External finish of air exhaust shaft surface, air intake and exhaust shaft

Stone cladding of reinforced concrete load bearing walls, BASALT or equivalent, flamed texture with rounded corners.

5.20Structural landscaping elements

Structural landscaping elements in accordance with the guidelines of The Office of Planning and Architecture, Department of Public Space Aesthetics.

5.21Bands around on-ground elements

Bands around on-ground elements are designed with 0.60m width and 2% gradient. Material corresponding with the neighbouring surface.

5.22Finish components

5.22.1Stone finish

All stone materials used and specified in the design must fulfil technical requirements specified by the standards in relation to: compressive force, absorption, frost resistance, scratch resistance.

All surfaces and interior decor and fit-up will fulfil technical and safety requirements included in the separate volume of Building Permit Design "Technology" (among others visual, tactile designations, and the like).

5.22.1.1Floor finishes on passenger platform

The floor on the passenger platform will be finished with stone flags – IVORY CHIFFON granite or equivalent. The placed flags will be of minimum 4 cm thickness and dimensions of 100x50 cm, sanded texture, anti-slip, polished. The floor in 0.6m zone from the platform edge – will be made as security strip with texture diversified. Joint grout of stone colour.

5.22.1.2Wall finishes on passenger platform

Finish of walls located directly on the passenger platform has been designed as stone flags – made of CALYPSO quartzite or equivalent. Stone flags of minimum 4 cm thickness and dimensions of 100x100 cm, smooth texture, polished.

5.22.1.3Floor finishes in check-in hall and underground passages

Floor in check-in halls and underground passages will be finished with stone flags – black BASALT or equivalent. Stone flags will be of minimum 4 cm thickness and dimensions of 100x50 cm, sanded texture, radiated in underground passages, anti-slip. Joint grout of stone colour.

5.22.1.4Walls in check-in halls and underground passages

20-30% of the reinforced concrete walls in check-in halls and underground passages will be finished with stone cladding; stone – black BASALT or equivalent. Placed flags of minimum 4 cm thickness and dimensions of 100x100 cm, smooth texture, polished.

5.22.2Metropolitan gallery on entresol level

On the behind-track area walls – the gallery surfaces should be made of matt glass panels, tempered, laminated, with dimensions of 200x200cm, continuous hinges made of matt stainless steel. Gallery hinges not visible from the platform should be fastened pointwise – every ~ 30cm, on steel structure set-back in relation to glass panel face of 30cm. Coloured compositions should be made of screen printing or coloured film between double panes.

On the entresol walls - multimedia surfaces should be made with LED videowalls or equivalent technology. To construct the multimedia surface seamless components should be used – small sized screens, e.g. approx. of 1m x 1.50 m. Multimedia surfaces should be made with videowalls forming a multifunctional gallery on both sides of the entresol reaching from the floor to the ceiling of the room. The surfaces of multimedia galleries will be, as easily dismantable, mounted on steel substructure, providing easy access at any moment to diaphragm walls.

5.22.3Ceramic wall and floor finish

Quarry tiles, anti-slip in wet rooms, and of higher chemical durability in technical rooms .

Floor finished with gres tiles in the break room 550.

In rooms with paint cover finish and ceramic floor the plinth of the same material as the floor should be used.

Walls and floors in storage and cleaning station cleanup equipment room (500) will be tiled with chemical-resistant tiles (gres tiles) from the floor to the ceiling of the room.

Appropriate types and sizes will be chosen and specified in the interior design.

5.22.4Epoxy floor

Epoxy floor will be tiled in station fan house room 650 – anti-slip, oil-proof and with increased abrasion resistance.

Detailed material solutions will be presented at the execution design stage in the interior design.

5.22.5Oil-proof floor

Oil-proof floor has been applied in lift shafts, escalator pits – anti-slip, oil-proof.

Detailed material solutions will be presented at the execution design stage in the interior design.

5.22.6Antistatic flooring

Antistatic flooring will be lined in rooms no. 110 on the raised floor, regardless its partition. This flooring is made in form of a panel of 50 x 50 cm.

Antistatic carpet flooring, dimensions of 50x50 cm.

Modular plinths.

Detailed material solutions will be presented at the execution design stage / in the interior design.

5.22.7Dielectric floors

As dielectric floor PVC insulating tiles on glue layer should be tiled in order to provide electrical insulation, or equivalent e.g.

Detailed material solutions will be presented at the execution design stage / in the interior design.

5.22.8Raised floor, floor finish under raised floor

Raised floor Knauff Integral EHB 36/600 or equivalent, made of integral gypsum, surface-impregnated, with density of 1500kg/m3, strengthened with steel plate, mounted on support structure of galvanised iron. Fire resistance REI60.

Detailed material solutions will be presented at the execution design stage / in the interior design.

5.22.9Technical floors

Detailed material solutions will be presented at the execution design stage / in the interior design.

5.22.10Stairs finish

Stairs surface has been designed as anti-slip surface. 0.6 m before the first step a clear designation with colour strip and convex texture will be made.

Stairs in general-access rooms are finished with stone cladding matching the floor finish in given room, anti-slip.

Technical stairs – finished with anti-slip gres tiles

Balustrades at 1.1 m height.

5.22.11Paint finish

Paint covers, emulsion paint on concrete or plaster. Emulsion paints on plaster, with the use of measures and in accordance with the rules specified in standards and approvals for use in building industry issued by ITB (BUILDING RESEARCH INSTITUTE). Wet rooms, rescue teams rooms, employees rooms and medical rooms will be tiled to the height of 2m.

Chlorinated rubber paint is applied in the local rooms of pumping station and on the floor of ventilation ducts on bare concrete.

In water flow meter rooms on walls to the height of 2m will be applied so called Dado.

Detailed solutions and material parameters will be given at the execution design stage.
