ARCH412  PROFESSIONAL ISSUES & PORTFOLIO PREPARATION

Preperation Professional practices, responsibilities, ethics, relationship with other members of trade are basic concerns of this course. Analysis and preparation of accurate estimates of probable construction costs with emphasis on construction and finishes, writing specifications, the bidding process, contracts and letters of agreement and the preparation of bid documents will be addressed. Management concerns include the evaluation of construction time and cost, contract management, construction documents, inspections, time scheduling and control.
