ARCH 300 Part A: Office Practice: Office practice will be done at an architect's office or in a firm. Tasks to be undertaken may be in the process of design itself, or presentation and/or working-drawing phases of a project. Appropriate types of work include an urban scheme, architectural work such as individual building proposals to housing settlements.
ARCH 300 Part B: Other work: Architectural practice such as participation in workshops, training courses and contribution to various activities of other universities, chamber of architects and various architectural organizations are acceptable summer practice work with prior approval of the Summer Practice Committee. A maximum of 12 working days of the special practice will be accepted as fulfillment of this phase. Students, who have completed a minimum of 36 working days as office practice, may do this special practice. However, the total period of special practice is a minimum of 12 working days.
