14Financial proposal

14.1Type of price

The total price for the proposed study, given as a firm-fixed price, free of taxes and custom duties is:
149996,00 EUR

14.2Data procurement costs

All the data which shall be used for the project is available free of charge.

The only possible exeption to this is the WorldDEM generated from TerraSAR-X and TanDEM-X data, for which the distribution policy is not yet available. This product however shall be used within the project only if made freely available to the scientific community for research purposes.

14.3 PSS forms

The PSS forms for the consortium and for the individual companies are provided in Annex A – PSS Forms. According to the Special Conditions to Tender, section 6.3, the following PSS forms: are required

15Contractual proposal

15.1Acceptance of draft contract conditions

All conditions of the Draft Contract provided at Appendix 2 to the ITT are accepted.

15.2Proposal validity

This proposal is valid until June 8, 2014 (7 months from the closing date for submission of tenders).

15.3Intellectual property (IP)

ESA shall have the right to use all deliverables generated in the frame of this project for its own purposes, which purposes will include distributing any of the deliverables publicly and freely and to use them for any future project with any Third Party in the field of space research and technology and their space applications.

Besides project documentation, envisaged dataset deliverables include:

  Interseismic deformation products (e.g. mean velocities and/or strain rates)
  
• 
  Hazard model outputs (e.g. PGA maps)
  

The Consortium agrees to making these datasets publicly available, to encourage feedback from the scientific community.

15.4 Export/Import licenses/authorizations and related documentation

Implementation of the contract is not subject to export or import licenses/authorisations.

15.5Insurance cover for cross-waiver of liability

The consortium confirms that it accepts the hold harmless agreement at Clause 18.1.6 of the GCCs (ESA/REG/002 rev. 1).
