In the first chapter of the scientific basis of customer relationship management including the value and features of technologies in customer relationship management, factors of effective customer service system, teaching the basics of customer relationship management evaluation
The second chapter of the thesis is devoted to the analysis of the management of the commercial relationship with customers in "Azersun Holding" including economic characteristics, analysis of markets and pricing and customer relations at "Azersun Holding".
In the third chapter of the thesis made an analysis of the basic directions of increase of efficiency of business management customer relationship "Azersun Holding". The dissertation consists of three chapters, conclusions and suggestions, list of references, application and abstract of the thesis.
