SURVEY EXERCISE TO SELECT THE WINNERS
ATE has appointed an independent Consultant, PAMOMA (T) LTD to carry out the survey to identify the Employer of the Year Award winners. Participation will be by filling in a structured Questionnaire according to methodology provided by the Consultant.
COMPETING UNDER ONE CATEGORY
Members have been give option to choose to compete under one category where they feel they are more likely to do better having invested more resources and efforts in that particular category. It has been realised that allowing members to compete under a category they feel they have a better chance in winning, gives them more leverage. We have considered the fact that some companies or organizations do not put equal efforts and resources in all the categories. We tested this initiative in last competition and the response was good and we are doing it this year again.
