Guideline to fill in the Questionnaire

This is the sixth “EMPLOYER OF THE YEAR AWARD” carried out by the Association of Tanzania Employers (ATE). All ATE members are highly encouraged to compete to be recognized as ONE of the BEST EMPLOYERS in Tanzania with best practices in Human Resources Management. Following the review process that took place last year, again this year members can choose to either compete for the Overall (i.e. all Category Awards) or just one or more of the Criteria Awards depending on the amount of efforts they have placed in that Category.

Whether completing the complete questionnaire to compete for the overall Award or completing only the sections on the Category Awards one wishes to compete in, TWO questionnaires have to be completed and submitted per organization in order to secure participation and consideration for an Award.
There are only two questionnaires to be completed - MANAGEMENT QUESTIONNAIRE and EMPLOYEE OR RECOGNISED TRADE UNION REPRESENTATIVE QUESTIONNAIRE.
