  15 male participants, beneficiaries / users of existing self-employment program from 5 districts (Khachmaz, Gusar, Guba, Shabran and Siyazan) of Guba-Khachamaz region

  15 male participants, current applicants of self-employment program from 4 districts (Khachmaz, Gusar, Guba, Shabran) of Guba-Khachamaz region
  
• 
  employees of 5 regional SES centers (Khachmaz, Gusar, Guba, Shabran and Siyazan districts of Guba-Khachamaz region)
