This ESS7 applies whenever Indigenous Peoples / Sub-Saharan African Historically Underserved Traditional Local Communities (as they may be referred to in the national context) are present in, or have collective attachment to a proposed project area, as determined during the environmental and social assessment. This Standard is no relevant for the Project.
