Nanoscribe provides the highest resolution 3D printers worldwide as well as corresponding photoresists as print materials. An integral approach includes a sophisticated user-friendly software and slender process solutions tailored to specific applications. Founded in 2007, Nanoscribe as pioneer in the field of two-photon polymerization (2PP) has established itself as the technological and global market leader. Our 3D printers are found worldwide in more than 25 countries in research as well as in industry. Our 2PP driven systems enable feature sizes down to 100 nm as well as a sub-micrometer resolution with highest precision and fabrication speed.

This capability drives a variety of applications such as in micro-optics, micro-fluidics, photonics, MEMS or in life sciences. The performance of the 3D printers was emphasized by e.g. the Prism Award 2014 for "Advanced Manufacturing" and the World Technology Network (WTN) award 2015. Nanoscribe as finalist of the German Founder’s Award 2015 (Deutscher Gründerpreis) is perceived as one of the most successful start-up stories within Germany of the past few years. We serve scientific and industrial customers and develop customised solutions and processes for specific industrial applications, e.g. the commercial realisation of optical interconnects, so-called “photonic wire bonds”. www.nanoscribe.de

The Netherlands Cancer Institute (NKI) for decades has been among the absolute world top when it comes to the unique connection between the care and research that makes all the difference for cancer patients. In multidisciplinary teams surgeons, oncologists, radiologists, radiotherapists and nurses are continuously working on tailor-made treatments. Because in essence no two cancers are the same. As it is now becoming possible to unravel the specific genetic changes in the nucleus of the cancer cell that influence the behavior of the tumor, our researchers are increasingly capable of developing new, tailor-made treatments. The Netherlands Cancer Institute chose, already a century ago, for the ground-breaking approach of combining the research at the Netherlands Cancer Institute with the specialized cancer care of the Antoni van Leeuwenhoek hospital. The institute is located in Amsterdam. It is the only OECI designated Comprehensive Cancer Center in the Netherlands, and is an important national and international center of scientific and clinical expertise, development and training. News from the Netherlands Cancer Institute is located at www.nki.nl and www.avl.nl.
