This department is compatible with the 240-ECTS credit first-cycle programme in physics in the higher education. One can be the “Bachelor of Science in Anthropology” after accomplishing the requirements of the programme.
Admission Requirements: The student who wants to be registered to the department should be successful in the exam(s) specified by the OSYM (Centre for the election of the students from high schools), within the framework of the university. A student who has already begun an equivalent programme in the country or abroad can also apply for a transfer. The applications for the department are examined before the term begins and each of them is evaluated individually, taking into account the personal conditions. The students who have come from abroad within the framework of an exchange programme approved by the university can take courses given in English. If the student has a profound knowledge in Turkish, then he/she can take any course in the programme of his/her department given in Turkish.
