Results Discussion
It is evident from the table (1) that 75% of the Libyan sample see that there is a less interest by the principals in general, the matter that effect the non-interest by the may not match a judged that the media do not work to spread the gymnastics for female in the clubs. There is also 50% those see that there is an insufficiency from the part of the media in announcing gymnastics competitions and championships. From the same table, it was clear that 80% of the Libyan sample see the non-existence of interest by the media in broadcasting gymnastics championships with the same interest as in other games. These results are inline with that reached by a study conducted by Nagwa Fawzi (2001), on the necessity that the different media shall assume a positive role regarding the enlightenment by the sportive activities importance. (31:50)

It was shown from the same table that 56% of the research sample have answered that the scarcity of fame of the women gymnasts are a reason of non-practicing it. Where Ali Mohamed Mutawea (1999) stated that the fame and attractive position is counted among the motives behind the practice of the sportive activity, which results in watching matches in TV. Thus, the sportive star imitation motive is among the second motives in practicing the sportive activity (4:10-11)

69% of the research sample declared that the unconsciousness of masses with respect to the female gymnasts and its competitions led to its non-practice. 66% of the research samples have also stated the inexistence of a magazine or newspaper edited for clubs interesting in the female gymnastics competitions. 36% of the research sample stated also the absence of the ideas at the clubs members towards the female gymnastics leads to its non-practice and non-spreading. While 54% of the research sample sated that they are not sure of the matter that the media is interesting in projecting the light on the Arab and international female gymnastics competitions. 51% as well of the research sample declared that they are not sure that the media has a conception about the manner to spread the female gymnastics.

It was revealed from the table (2) that 67% the research sample see the instability of the principals of organization and planning in the Gymnastics Union as a reason behind the non-formation of female gymnastics teams. 56% are not sure of the existence of plans at the Union to manage the female gymnastics competitions, while 60% stated that the role of the Union is not limited to the setting of such plans without following up and evaluating them. 42% of the research sample disagree that the Union declare each season the date of the female gymnastics competitions, nor the clubs are bound thereby.

52% as well of the research sample disagree that the Union of Gymnastics contributes in providing the financial and support and incentives to the clubs having female gymnastics teams. 46% of the research sample disagree that the Union adopts the female talents in gymnastics, and forming special teams to participate in the social manifestations, where 56% of them are not sure of the existence of an administrative policy in the Union towards all clubs which prevent the formation of female gymnastics team. 42% of them are not sure that the financial support by the clubs takes into account the necessity and importance of forming female gymnastics teams. The researcher sees that the incentives play a basic role with respect to the coaches and competitors in the participation in competitions.

It is clear from the table (3) that the answers of the Libyan sample were negative for the five following expressions, where 52% disagree that the club is interested the formation of female gymnastics teams. 64% as well disagree the non-interesting of the club board of directors in an enough manner in the difficulties facing the trainers and principals of women gymnastics. 54% also disagree that the club administration contributes in providing the financial support to form female gymnastics teams. 44% of them disagree that the clubs have future plans to form female gymnastics teams, and 56% disbelieve in the existence of coordination between the clubs in using distinguished gymnastics rooms for training.

55% agreed on the club plan and gymnastic union takes into consideration the listing of gymnastics competitions, The matter that lead to the formation of female gymnastics teams. 49% have also answered that they are not sure of the encouragement by the clubs members of the idea of forming female gymnastics team in the club, and providing the necessary support and encouragement there 44% have answered they are note sure of the existence of a plan to qualify the gymnastics women coaches. This confirms the result reached in the study conducted by each Jalal Hallab (1999) and Nagwa Fawzi (2001) regarding the lower salaries and compensations received by the sportive teams trainers.(16:89-90), (31:522).
The table (4) has revealed that 71% agree that the non-existence of gymnastics in the clubs leads to the non-formation of a female gymnastics team. While 43% are not sure of the existence of female cadres for gymnastics training for female 69% have agreed to that the scarcity of qualified administrative cadres for gymnastics is a reason behind the non-formation of female gymnastics. 51% have answered denying that the clubs administrations have total consciousness to form gymnastics for female inside the clubs.

About 75% respondents agreed that the non-availability of instruments and potentialities leads to the non-formation of female gymnastics teams inside the sportive clubs, as well as 67% agreed that the gymnastics training room in their current situation are not fit for training, while about 43% have answered denying the existence of special rooms fit for training female gymnastics teams. 45% have answered denying the availability of legal bodies and modern during training. While 47% have said that they are not sure of the availability of safety and security factors for the women players during training. This result is in conformity with what is stated by the Amin Alkhouli (1999) and Afaf Abdulmoneam Darwish (1998) that among the most important problems facing several developing countries is the non-availability of rooms fit for practicing the physical activity, and that raising the sportive level relied first on the potentialities of all types, as these potentialities are increased and promoted the experiences are increased and diversified across which the athletes will pass. (2:8) , (5:9).

It is clear from the table (5) that the research sample has agreed with a percentage of 60% that the non-coming of female refers to the belief of parents that the training will affect their bodies. About 80% of the sample see that the non-allowing by parents for their daughters to practice gymnastics is the fear that they become injured. About 75% from the sample have agreed to that the non-continuity in practicing the gymnastics and their earlier quit refer to the social reasons (wedding for example), and 65% of the sample see that non-satisfaction of the family for the mater that their daughters will leave the house often during the training is referring to the non-participation in gymnastics teams. 67% see that the non-practice of sports by adults, because they believe it is shame and that it is for young boys only, which causes the non-participation in gymnastics. 70% of the sample agreed that the reason of non-practice of gymnastics by female is the social traditions and customs.

While 65% of the same disagreed on the inexistence of transport means is a reason in non-participation of female in the gymnastics. 45% have agreed that the inexistence of girl friends participating in the clubs leads to the non-attraction of female to practice gymnastics. 76% respondents also have agreed that the Islamic religion encourages the practice of sports in general by female. In the same context 64% have agreed to that the Islamic religion allows the women to practice gymnastics provided that men shall not watch them. 78% of the sample agreed to that the Islamic religion prohibited the female to practice gymnastics because of its sportive uniform. 50% of the sample has agreed to that the Islamic religion does not contradict the practice of gymnastics by female.

The researcher see that the practice of gymnastics by young girls in young age do not contradict the Islamic religion, where the womanhood features are not clear for others, while the older sports women when the womanhood features are clear to others, further to the gymnastics uniform shows a lot of body charms, which is prohibited by the Islamic religion in a clear manner, where Allah says in the Holy Koran “Say to believing women to turn their eyes away (from temptation) and to preserve their chastity; to cover their adornments except such as are normally displayed; to draw their veils over their bosoms and not to reveal their finery except to their husbands, their fathers, their husband’s fathers, their sons, their step-sons, their brothers, their brothers’ sons, their sisters’ sons, their women-servants, the women they posses, male attendants lacking in natural vigour, and children who have no knowledge of sex. And let them not stamp their feet in walking so as to reveal their hidden trinkets” (Alnor “Light” Surate, verse 30).

It is revealed from the table (6) that the importance degree of the first topic expressions were as follows: (1) Less interest by principals in general effects the non-interest of clubs in forming female gymnastics teams, and in the second order comes the expression (6) unconsciousness of masses towards the gymnastics for female and its competitions has led to its non-practice. While in the fourth order, it came the expression (2) the media works in spreading the gymnastics for female in the clubs, but in the fifth order it came the expression (5) Scarcity of fame of players gymnasts is a reason behind its non-practice. In the six order, it came the expression (3) existence of insufficiency by the media in publishing and broadcasting the female gymnastics competitions and championships, and in the seventh order, it came the expression (9) Interest of the media in enlightening the Arabic and international female gymnastics competitions, where in the eight order, it came the expression (8) ideas of the clubs members regarding the women gymnastics has led to its non-practice or participation. In the same order, it came the expression (10) existence of a conception by the media about the manner of spreading the female gymnastics, and in the tenth order, it came the expression (4) non-interest by media in broadcasting the gymnastics championship with the same interest in other games.

It has revealed from the table (7) that the order of the second topic expression importance (Role of the Gymnastics Union) was as follows: in the first order, it came the expression (11) the instability of the principals of organization and planning in the Gymnastics Union is a reason behind the non-formation of female gymnastics teams, and in the second order, it came the expression (17) the existence of an administrative policy in the Union towards all clubs which prevent the formation of female gymnastics team, where the third order, it came the expression (18) the financial support by the clubs takes into account the necessity and importance of forming female gymnastics teams, and in the fourth order, it came the expression (14) the Union declares each season the date of the female gymnastics competitions, nor the clubs are bound thereby, and in the fifth order, it came the expression (12) the existence of plans at the Union to manage the female gymnastics competitions, while in the sixth order, it came the expression (16) the Union adopts the female talents in gymnastics, and forming special teams to participate in the social manifestations, and in the seventh order, it came the expression (15) the Union of Gymnastics contributes in providing the financial and support and incentives to the clubs having female gymnastics teams, and in the eight order, it came the expression (13) the role of the Union is not limited to the setting of such plans without following up and evaluating them.

It was shown from the table (8), related to the importance degree of the third topic expressions (Role of the Clubs Members). The expression order was as follows: In the first order, it came the expression (24) non-listing of gymnastics competitions for women, the matter that lead to the non-formation of female gymnastics teams, where the second order, it came the expression (25) the encouragement by the clubs members of the idea of forming female gymnastics team in the club, and its support. And in the third order, it came the expression (26) the existence of a plan to qualify the gymnastics female coaches, in the fourth order, it came the expression (22) The existence of a future plan to form female gymnastics teams, then it came in the fifth order, the expression (19) Interest of the club in forming female gymnastics teams, and in the sixth order, it came the expression (23) the existence of a coordination between the clubs in using distinguished gymnastics rooms for training, where in the seventh order, it came the expression (21) the club administration contributes in providing the financial support to form female gymnastics teams , and in the eighth order, it came the expression (20) the interest of the club board of directors in an enough manner in the difficulties facing the trainers and principals of female gymnastics .

The first order was the expression (31) the non-availability of instruments and potentialities leads to the non-formation of female gymnastics teams inside the sportive clubs, and in the second order, it came the expression (32) the gymnastics training room in their current situation are not fit for training, and in the third order, it came the expression (29) the scarcity of qualified administrative cadres for gymnastics is a reason behind the non-formation of female gymnastics, and in the fourth order, it came the expression (27) the inexistence of gymnastics in the clubs is leading to the non-formation of female gymnastics teams, and in the fifth order, it came the expression (34) the availability of legal bodies and modern during training, and in the sixth order, it came the expression (35) the availability of safety and security factors for the female players during training, where in the seventh order, it came the expression (28) the existence of female cadres for gymnastics training for, and in the eighth order, it came the expression (33) the existence of special rooms fit for training female gymnastics teams, and in the ninth order, it came the expression (30) the existence of a total consciousness to form gymnastics for female inside the clubs.
