3.2 Functions of IT TOOL – WEB PORTAL of Questionnaires for EIE-Surveyor Thematic Network Project

3.2.1 Registration module
Registration module provides to the user free registration for access into the web portal with security, identification of the user by sending an e-mail with the password. by password (Figure 2). User fulfills his the most important data as is shown in Figure 3.

3.2.2 Report module
Report module gives opportunity to report and to print all filled data in the frame of WYSIWYG (what you see is what you get). The example of one of the report page from questionnaire database for A4 page format is shown in Figure 4.

3.2.3 Back-up and export module
Backup and export module provide the export of all selected data into Excel and ASCII data file format. This files are used for advanced statistical data processing in different statistical toolboxes.

3.2.4 Statistics module
Statistic module of the Web Portal of Questionnaires provides for registered and logged user basic statistics for each questionnaire. Statistics are made according the requirements of the task (questionnaire) manager.
3.2.5 Questionnaire management module
This module is determined for administrator of the IT tool.
Figure 5 displays example of one questionnaire which user fulfills after he is registered and logged into the web portal.
