SEFI received many evaluation forms. No problem! If M.J. Martins asks reimbursement from Archipelgo she has to feel asap the form!
Big problem to justify the 63% of extra cost. We will have to add several costs. Claim to Archipelago Forum the both travel of Olivier and Maria Joan – very urgent! Forum 2007 form (asked by Victor) - Send the documents to Trine (SEFI) Some suggestion - Preparation of another Forum in 2008. - Production of a booklet for TechnoTN Archipelago in the field of TUNING approach in 2007. - The goal is to produce a new booklet for the recent activities. Do not forget that the existing booklet was paid by the 2006 Forum budget.
A good idea is to edit a CD-ROM including the content of the booklet but also, after some improvement the content of the website. Another solution is to edit a book with Springer.
1°) Demand to EC an extension of the deadline to include additional activities (needed to justify the financial expenses). Made by the contractor (SEFI) 2°) 14th November in Roma: specific Forum satellite of Quality Insurance Forum on Bologna Process in Engineering. This activity could be included in the final report that means that it is mandatory to ask an extension on the deadline for the activity of this Archipelago Forum. 3°) Contact Cathy Isaacs (Humanities) in order to have a common forum between Humanities and Engineering sciences. 4°) Techno TN is officially involved in the organization of the Forum in Roma. Prof. Augusti and Prof. H. Ferdinande are in the Chairing committee of this specific forum. 5°) Production of CD-ROM with a booklet: the editorial board should be the organising committee of the May 2007 meeting 6°) Preparing a document. SEFI should collect the materials. The aim is to get some synthesis and not just a compilation of field approaches. Expected title “Issues and perspectives in Science and Engineering Education - Collection of results of Techno TN Forums 2004-2007 supported by Erasmus Programme”. 7°) organizing committee and editorial board meeting on Saturday 22nd September, 2007. VI Big companies in Europe are not really interested by pedagogical approaches; that is the results of a recent meeting organized by SEFI with major companies within Europe. They are much more sensitive to attractiveness in Engineering. Question: how to attract more graduate students to labour market?
