3.3 Work Schedule of IT TOOL – WEB PORTAL of Questionnaires for EIE-Surveyor Thematic Network Project

Work schedule for Web portal of questionnaire is divided into these main stages:

1. 
   Receiving of the electronic documents by email from the task (questionnaire) manager. In this stage task (questionnaire) manager will provide (a) detailed forms of the designed questionnaire, (b) one filled example of the questionnaire, (c) limitations of proposed item of questionnaire – number of chars, interval of numbers, form of check boxes, (d) proposal of statistical evaluation if task manager requires.
   
2. 
   Analyse and design of the web portal according the requirement of task (questionnaire) manager. It includes implementation, testing, corrections, adding the missing info before final runtime version of the web portal for each questionnaire.
   
3. 
   Fill in process, gathering data, data processing. Task manager calls all users according the user list for each task and questionnaire to start to fill questionnaire. There will be given deadline for gathering data stage.
   
4. 
   Export process and statistical evaluation. In this stage task manager will create basic statistics or will export data to Excel or ASCII file and make advanced statistical evaluation for each questionnaire and for every task
   
5. 
   Report results from statistical evaluation and publish it on the web portal
   
6. 
   Final printing all questionnaires and statistical evaluation results.
