D.Dispositions relatives aux comptes-rendus d’exécution des prestations
Le partenaire s’engage à fournir tous renseignements et documents nécessaires à l’établissement du rapport d’exécution du programme dans les temps impartis par la commission européenne. A défaut, le versement des fonds au partenaire est suspendu ; l’institution coordinatrice ou le coordinateur du projet se réservant le droit d’exclure du projet, le partenaire du projet en cas d’absence totale de régularisation dans des délais raisonnables.
thereafter referred to as « the Project Partner Institution » The following is agreed, Within the framework of European regulations, an agreement is established between the coordinating institution and each partner from the thematic Network Project EIE - Surveyor: Reference Point for Electrical and Information Engineering in Europe. This agreement defines the responsibilities of the parties for the achievement of the goals of the programme.
The Institution or partner designated above as a project partner in the agreement concluded with the European Union, will have to perform their part of the programme in accordance with the terms of the European contract presented as an annex to this agreement. Failure to do so or to do so in a satisfactory manner will result to a reduction or a cancellation of the funding due to that partner.
