   Determination of base emission B_i for each installation with the exception of those from sections 6, 7, 8, 9,10 and 11 following below. This is base emission which serves for the assignment of the share of the installation in the total amount of allowances for allocation among the installations.
   

For all installations (with the exception of those from sections 6, 7, 8, 9 ,10 and 11 which follow below) this base emission B_i is defined as the greater of the verified emissions for 2007 and 2008.
