| SECTION 25.7C.(c) The monthly salary ranges that follow apply to public school superintendents for the 2012 2013 fiscal year, beginning July 1, 2012.

Superintendent III $5,380 $10,067
Superintendent IV $5,710 $10,679
Superintendent V $6,060 $11,330
The local board of education shall determine the appropriate category and placement for the superintendent based on the average daily membership of the local school administrative unit and within funds appropriated by the General Assembly for central office administrators and superintendents.
