| SECTION 8.11.(a) Subsection (a) of Section 9.8 of S.L. 2011 145, as amended by Section 2(b) of S.L. 2011 340, reads as rewritten:
"SECTION 9.8.(a) There is appropriated from the Escheat Fund income to the Board of Governors of The University of North Carolina the sum of forty nine million six hundred twenty two thousand two hundred forty two dollars ($49,622,242) for the 2011 2012 fiscal year and the sum of thirty two million one hundred twenty two thousand two hundred forty two dollars ($32,122,242) thirty seven million two hundred eighty seven thousand two hundred forty two dollars ($37,287,242) for the 2012 2013 fiscal year to be used for The University of North Carolina Need Based Financial Aid Program."
