In order to examine the said proposal, you are requested to inspect the Institute, and submit your report along with the list of deficiencies preferably within six weeks from the date of issue of this letter. Copy of the proposal with course material, submitted by the Institute and duly stamped and countersigned by DGS, is being forwarded to you for your record.
You are also requested to carry out the general inspection of the Institute (if it is an existing approved Institute)along with this inspection and submit a brief report.
