1 Name of Regulations

These Regulations are the Health Insurance (Pathology Services Table) Regulations 2006.

2 Commencement

These Regulations commence on 1 November 2006.

3 Health Insurance (Pathology Services Table) Regulations 2005 — repeal

The Health Insurance (Pathology Services Table) Regulations 2005 are repealed.

4 Definitions

In these Regulations:

Act means the Health Insurance Act 1973.

this table means these Regulations.

5 Pathology services table

The table of pathology services set out in Schedule 1 is prescribed for subsection 4A (1) of the Act.
