1 Name of Regulations
These Regulations are the Health Insurance (Pathology Services Table) Regulations 2010.
2 Commencement
These Regulations commence on 1 November 2010.
3 Repeal
The Health Insurance (Pathology Services Table) Regulations 2009 are repealed.
4 Dictionary
The Dictionary at the end of these Regulations defines certain words and expressions and includes references to certain words and expressions that are defined elsewhere in these Regulations.
5 Pathology services table
For subsection 4A (1) of the Act, these Regulations prescribe a table of pathology services set out in Schedule 1.
