Course goals and objectives:
- To acquaint the master students with psychological aspects of staff management;

- To offer essential information on the ways how to ensure the processes of staff management;

- To develop practical skills in team building and management.
Course annotation:
The course is designed for the psychology master student. The study course develops understanding in essence and processes of staff management, work teams building and leading, adaptation of new staff members, staff training, the course acquaints with various approaches to time management, principles of business communication, relations with internal and external clients.

The course is based on interactive methods of teaching-learning: case study, role play, tests, exercises, group discussions.
